Classes on Cheese and Bread Making Coming Soon

When winter comes, we dry off most of the herd to give the cows a rest, and we stop cheese making until Spring. This allows us time to offer some classes in Sally’s kitchen!

Manager Brian, cheese and bread maker, is putting together a couple of classes on home cheese making and sourdough bread baking that will be scheduled within the next couple of months.
