Have you ever wanted to learn how to make your own cheese?

Join us in Sally’s kitchen on Sunday, March 26, from 12-3 as Farm Manager and cheesemaker Brian Wort talks about different styles of cheeses and demonstrates how to make Mozzarella, Ricotta and Queso Fresco (or Paneer). You will get to try a variety of cheeses, and take home your very own cheese mold, as well as recipes for your home cheese-making endeavors!
